The Argentina crop production may decrease from dry condition in several part of the country. The area of the northern states of Chaco and Santiago del Estero, northern Santa Fe, Cordobar, San Luis , La Pampa and several part of Buenos Aires recived rainfall below narmal. Average rain fall 1-27 Oct,2009 in La Pampa was 16% of normal, Santa Fe was 50% of normal, 31% in Cordoba, 53% in Buenos Aires and 65% in Entre Rios. Soybean planting are delayed and other problem in Argentina was shortage of high quality, certified soybean seed varieties from drought condition last year. Argentina soybean product possible come out at 45-50 million tonnes said from oilworld lower than USDA estimated at 52 million tonnes, while planting area increase to 19-19.4 Mn ha.
